How do I list an item?
Log in to BEN’s Attic as a Buyer/Seller, select “Suggest a Listing,” and complete the required details. Be sure to include photos. Listings are reviewed by the administrator and approved if they meet program policies.
How do I receive an item I’ve purchased?
After purchase or winning an auction, the seller will contact you within a few days to coordinate pickup. Buyers are responsible for transportation costs. For large items, consider working with Facilities & Real Estate Services (FRES) for moving assistance.
Are items guaranteed?
No. Items are sold “as is.” Sellers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions and confirming that items are in working order.
